We are supporting our international client with a freelance Workstream Lead / Project Manager for the next 12-18 months. The Workstream Lead needs to drive project success even in difficult situations with influences from different stakeholders. Further, you will support the process owner in order to ensure high quality implementation of a new SAP Template on various clients sites in Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, etc.

Job Summary

• You will act as a single point of contact and coordinate the solution in your process area
• You actively contribute to Blueprint / Fit Gap activities and ensures proper deployment of the template
• You coordinate Business approval for Blueprint Documents and detailed design documents (FD) in alignment with Process owner as well as SMEs of other locations
• You will have delegation from department lead to make decisions on project activities for your domain inside the project scope
• You will report to department lead / process owner on the project progress and decisions made and has transparency about actual project status in your functional area
• You have authority to give instructions to external and internal resources in your functional area
• You will be responsible for data readiness
• You participate in design phase (Blueprinting) sessions to identify critical gaps
• You make relevant questions/paying attention in right details in Blueprint workshops and translate the discussions in business language
• You will execute Testing in: Integration Testing (ITC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• You will perform data validation activities
• You will train users at various locations of roll out

Job Responsibilities

The Workstream Lead is an experienced professional with a strong understanding of all Core SAP Manufacturing ME and Quality processes from source to sink. The person can act as the expert on the process within the SAP ERP roll out project and coordinate between other experts.

The Workstream Lead is expected to have a strong understanding of executing a fit gap analysis of the current SAP template with the to be process and have the required skill level to uncover potential improvements in the process. As a Workstream Lead, you are further expected to identify improvements and coordinate the requirements from all sites considered for the roll out. You must coordinate all requirements of different SMEs. Data quality as well as data preparation is another strength of the Workstream Lead.

The Workstream Lead will be required to manage projects and tasks independently and needs to be able to report the status of SAP Manufacturing ME and Quality processes to management levels when required. Further, you must be able to identify, manage and mitigate risks within the project.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in international logistics supply chain preferably in Consulting, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Willing and able to travel (up to 30%)
• Experience with SAP ME, QM
• Proficient English language skills (written and spoken) are a pre-requisite
• Project management skills and experience in working across functions, multiple sites and cultures
• Quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
