Through close dialogue with our clients, we clarify the situation and identify specific needs down to the last detail to find the right person with the right skills.
Based on the identified needs, we search our global network of pre-screened consultants, allowing us to identify the right consultants with the right competencies for the job – quickly and easily.
Matching consultants are approved and interviewed. We then send a shortlist of 2-3 consultants to the client, including clear CVs and rates.
Interviews with the best-suited consultants are conducted in collaboration with the client, ensuring we have the right match.
All conditions will be finalised in a flexible contract when the consultant starts at the company, providing quick access to specialist skills.
